Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • During Online Payment, if the amount is debited from bank account and the transaction details are not generated online, please wait for 48 hours for completing the transaction. If the payment details are not generated online even after 48 hours or money is not refunded to the bank account, please send an email to civenturesolutions@gmail.com or call +91 9400064575

  • No refunds and cancellations are allowed for the bill payments done through BillWater.

  • If in any case for a consumer, multiple online payments have effected against a bill, the excess amount will be credited as advance and adjusted in the subsequent bill(s).

  • If a consumer accidentally pays bill of another consumer instead of his and want to get the amount, he paid he has to submit request to the water supply scheme officials to which payments are transferred. In those cases, please send an email to civenturesolutions@gmail.com or call +91 9400064575 we will provide you the contact details of the scheme to which the payment has been transferred.
